• Summary of key PRINCE2 Process, Principles, Themes

The workshop uses a practical case study for participants to practice using the project templates as the project progresses.

This workshop can be customized (including customizing the project templates) and delivered ‘in company’ for your employees to follow a consistent project management methodology
