Practitioner workshop, with PRINCE2® Practitioner accreditation
Overview
The PRINCE2® Practitioner course is focused entirely on the practical application of the PRINCE2® framework. While the Foundation level tests your knowledge of terminology, the Practitioner level assesses your ability to apply, adapt, and tailor the methodology to real-world, complex project scenarios.
Who is it for?
This qualification is aimed at Project Managers and aspiring Project Managers. The Practitioner accreditation is usually a requirement for organisations recruiting Project Managers, both permanent and contract positions.
Candidates must hold a valid prerequisite like the PRINCE2® Foundation accreditation. (Please see our Management of Project workshop, with Foundation if you don’t hold the Foundation accreditation.
Practitioner Course Content
The purpose of the Practitioner level is to confirm you have achieved sufficient understanding of how to apply and tailor the PRINCE2® methodology in a scenario situation.
This course will cover the application of processes, practices and principles using a case study. Over the two modules we review the entire methodology, explain practitioner question techniques and reference the key areas of the official PeopleCert PRINCE2® Project Management Version 7 that will help with the Practitioner questions.
Note@ The Practitioner exam is open book and allows reference to the official PeopleCert PRINCE2® Project Management Version 7.

Practitioner V7 online module
The online PRINCE2® Practitioner training module is a 12-month online license access to provide more detailed preparation for the Practitioner exam, using the PRINCE2® Practitioner online course provided by Training ByteSize Ltd, an ATO of PeopleCert.

Practitioner Exam V7
The PRINCE2 Practitioner exam is in the “Objective Testing” format, a style of complex multiple-choice examination.
The exam structure is as follows:
- 70 questions per paper
- 42 marks or more required to pass (out of 70 available): 60%
- Two-and-a-half hours’ (150 minutes) duration, no additional reading time
- Open book. Candidates are permitted to use the official printed hard copy of the PRINCE2® Project Management Version 7.
